Richmond County Day Camp has provided safe, memorable summers to 1000’s of Staten Island children. We specialize in creating a nurturing environment, where campers make friends while building confidence & self-esteem. Our reputation has been built by our team of experienced supervisors & staff, carefully chosen for their enthusiasm and experience with children. They understand their roles as mentors & are trained to identify & meet the needs of individual campers while developing cohesive, spirited groups.  

Our beautiful, private facility is located at Mt Loretto, in Tottenville. Its multiple rustic acres include an air-conditioned, indoor facility, a gymnasium, splash pad, outdoor basketball courts, an indoor sports field, many outdoor fields, sand volleyball, gaga & tennis courts, hiking trails, a fishing pond, pickleball & more   

Safety is our #1 priority. Directors are teachers with many years of camp experience. We maintain an 8:1 ratio of camper to staff supervision. All school buses are DOT inspected with seat belts & are driven by certified bus drivers. Our medical personnel are RN’s & EMT’s, always on premises. Counselors are given background checks, CPR certified & trained. The facility is monitored by closed circuit TV & private security.

Our exciting program includes multiple, daily activities like swimming, sports, splash pad, arts & crafts, fishing, cooking, fencing, yoga, aerobics, hiking, STEM, chess, drama, music and much more which are combined with weekly trips, theme days & memorable shows and special events.

RC Day Camp’s value & convenience is unsurpassed. Our affordable tuition includes door-door transportation and extended hours, all activities & trips, insurance, 2 camp shirts & a camp bag.  Enrollment is available for 2-8 weeks, in any order & for 3 or 5 days. Flexible payment plans are free & numerous discounts are offered thru-out the year.
